The Body-Solid GSFR100 All-In-One Functional Trainer/Smith combines three essential machines into one compact footprint: a Smith machine, a functional trainer, and a lat/row machine.

The GSFR100 is a no-compromises machine, both in function and aesthetics.  Advanced features such as the dual 210 lb. weight stacks power the fully adjustable functional pulleys and the dual high- and low-pulley system.  The Smith bar glides on sealed bearings for frictionless movements.

Equipped with 180-degree swiveling pulleys, the functional trainer section on the GSFR100 allows for seamless, one-handed adjustments across 43 different positions on a chrome-plated upright. The quad-roller adjustment carriage guarantees frictionless movement, while a 2:1 ratio provides the extra-long cable travel necessary for sports-specific movements and functional training.

Isolateral exercises are made simple by the dual high- and low-pulley system, which includes combination plates for single-attachment accessories. At the low pulley station, adjustable foot braces provide stability for heavy rows and can easily pivot out of the way when not in use.

Sealed linear bearings ensure that every lift on the GSFR100 Smith Station is smooth and consistent.

With an impressive 600 lb. capacity, 17 lockout positions, and integrated safety spotters, this station is built for heavy, secure workouts.

Expanding your training options is easy: by adding optional J-cups (SPRJC) and safety spotters (SPRSA), you can transform the unit into a freeweight half-rack with a massive 1000 lb. weight capacity.

The optional full-length shrouds (GSFR100SH) make the GSFR100 look even better with laser-cut logos. 

The GSFR100 also supports a variety of our most popular rack attachments, including j-cups, safety bars, dip stations, jammer arms, hip thruster platform, monolift attachment, and more.

Every GSFR100 comes standard with several premium accessories, including an integrated pull-up bar, an aluminum lat and row bar, two aluminum cable handles, an ankle cuff, and a triceps rope.
