all of us are interested in fitness tips, because most all of us are

• Find a “buddy” to work out with. Sometimes, having
another person to workout with can motivate you to get to the gym
more often.
• Eat a light snack before a workout – not immediately
before, and not a heavy snack. There is nothing worse than getting
hungry in the middle of a workout! Hold off hunger by eating a small
snack before stepping on a treadmill. Eating a large snack or meal,
even 2 hours before working out, can sometimes make you feel sick.
• Create realistic goals and realistic expectations.
• Start out slow, and then work up to longer, more frequent
workouts.
• Cross train. Cross training (say, biking one day, running
the next, swimming the next, etc.) makes working out more interesting.
It also helps prevent injury and increases your overall fitness.
• Wear great workout clothes. You will find that the better
your workout clothes, the more comfortable you will be during your
workout, making it possible for you to workout longer. Also, if you
buy workout clothes that make you feel great and look cute, you are
not going to dread heading to the gym!
