The Power Rack by Tru Grit Fitness features 3"x3"x 0.125" wall steel uprights, 2"x3" steel bases, and lateral support beams. Consuming a small foot print at only 48" x 49" in diameter, a 30" inside depth area to provide full pull up bar range of motions great for kipping pull ups, bar muscles ups, strict pull ups, toes to bars and much more. The Power Racks come standard with a pair of our J-Hooks that feature a 1" diameter center pin, and spot safety bars.
