ALUMINUM TECHNIQUE BUSHING BAR-5KG (11lbs) - This bar is ideal for teaching correct form to lifters of all ages.

THE BAR SHAFT is made from precision ground aluminum with perfect knurl for a sure grip but not rough enough to tear skin. The strength of the shaft is approximately 40,000 PSI tensile strength.

THE BAR SLEEVES are precision machined and rotate around glass filled nylon bushings for smooth rotation.

CARING FOR YOUR BAR

ALUMINUM can rust if subjected to high levels of humidity and perspiration will corrode. Periodically clean the shaft with a stiff nylon brush to remove any oxidation or residue. Light oil can be used to assist and protect. It is advisable to wipe down your bar with denatured alcohol after cleaning so its not slippery if oil is used. Remember this is a precision tool and should be cared for accordingly.

When not in use remove all weight plates and store on a proper rack. Avoid steel Gun Racks as these can damage the knurl.
