Yoga is a type of exercise that can be practiced almost anywhere, by all different age groups. It combines breathing, meditation, and different poses to strengthen the mind and body. Some classes also incorporate balance balls into yoga routines. It is not uncommon to find balance or stability balls used in prenatal yoga classes to provide extra support for the body during pregnancy.
