Stamina's® AeroPiates® Performer 296 gives you all the benefits of a studio Pilates workout at home. It comes with the Free-Form Cardio Rebounder for a cardiovascular workout, and the Magic Circle for additional toning with the reformer or alone.
You'll see a strong, streamlined, flexible body that only Pilates can achieve. The patented Free-Form Cardio Rebounder gives you a cardiovascular workout that is as effective as a treadmill workout to burn calories and fat. But unlike the treadmill, the AeroPilates Free-Form Cardio Rebounder is low impact so it's gentle on your joints. Since you are lying on your back there is no concussion on your legs, hips, or spine.
The included professional-quality Magic Circle can be used alone as demonstrated in the accompanying video or added to your Pilates reformer workout. This Magic Circle features form-molded grips to fit comfortably against your body with a nonporous, molded padding that resists moisture.
The Pilates Magic Circle was created by Joseph Pilates to be a versatile exercise aid you can use anywhere. The soft rubber ring provides resistance for faster, more targeted toning, improved muscle strength throughout the body but especially in problem areas like the inner and outer thighs, upper arms, and chest.
