Stamina's® Magnetic 1772 Cross Trainer Elliptical gives you a low-impact aerobic workout that firms and tones your buttocks, hamstrings, quadriceps, thighs and calves while improving the condition of your heart and lungs.
The Magnetic Elliptical is designed for home use and with its quiet, smooth engineering, this elliptical doesn't disturb as you watch TV or listen to music during your workout. And with its small footprint, it will easily fit in most homes.
The dual action handlebars add an upper body workout to tone and firm arms, chest, shoulders and back.
The motivational console displays workout time, speed, distance, calories burned, and heart rate. Adjust the intensity level anytime during your workout by simply turning the tension knob. Choose between eight levels of intensity to challenge yourself.
The elliptical motion is a unique blend of stair climbing, cycling, skiing, and walking all together in one movement. In forward motion, your quadriceps, buttocks, lower abdominal, hips and thighs are targeted. In reverse motion, your hamstrings, lower buttocks, hips, thighs, and calves are targeted.
