rowing machines are an excellent source for a full body
workout. As opposed to treadmills and stationary bikes that target
mainly the lower body, gym rowing machines work both the upper and
lower body and even the core. You really cannot get such an excellent
full body workout from many other machines.

very important to use proper form to avoid over-working your shoulders.

machine while you are watching TV instead of just sitting on the couch!
