The E-300 heart rate monitor allows your students to select between different activity modes and heart rate training zones. Using the activity mode they select, along with their personal physical data, their Ekho™ heart rate monitor will produce a precise reading of their heart rate and calories burned. The system monitors their body every second during their exercise session.
